If you want a perfectly quick and delicious sushi lunch, this is the place. I’ve had sushi all over the place and while it might be common in Australia, I’ve never quite seen it served like this. If you’re from the States, think of a donut shop. They have all kinds of fresh rolls on trays behind the glass front counter. You pick what you like and then they box it up for you.
There are bento boxes too, and katsu. Service is quick quick and prices are reasonable for Sydney. Get there a little before the lunch rush for your best selection.
