We specialise in taking reception calls through to sales information lines for medium to large business. We also do a range of out bound calls from telesales to appointment setting and data verification. All our call centres are in Australia.

History

Established in 1994.

Multi Direct was established in 1994 by David Miller in Perth Western Australia. Our first client was the RSPCA WA calling residential contact selling products to raise funds. We now fundraise for 7 charities Australia wide and provide inbound and out bound solution for a range of business.

Business Owner

Multi Direct Managing Director, David Miller has enjoyed a successful career in his family owned and run business for the last 27 years. Over the years he has raised millions of dollars for the charities including the RSPCA, Bowel Cancer Australia, North Shore Heart Foundation and Huntington’s Disease Association.

David started his career in his father’s data management business and grew his Tele Sales Portfolio into what it is today, five calls centre across Australia raising fund for charities through phone sales. As a progressive business man David has embarked on a multitude of side business from promotional products, wholesale items to online stores. With a realization that phone work is what he knows best he now provides contact centre services to the wider business community which has seen Multi Direct launch into the next generation of contact centre excellence and customer service.
