I am nearly a fan of Purely Passion; I’ve browsed a couple of times but am yet to really dive in. One reason for this was the queue for deli goods and coffee both times I tried to get in the door, so I think that’s a really good indicator when this tiny shop is surrounded by coffee places. There are gorgeous looking homemade cakes and you can order bread the way you like it. There’s a good range of natural products too, and I suspect the sincere creative looking chef-fy types behind the counter were displaying something close to passion for their work as they served the fortunate ones in front of me. It looks great and I’ll be back.

Purely Passion is quite a distinctive name don’t you think? I came across here recently and it is such a great find. You can’t see them from the street, you have to venture inside Manly Harbour Village but it is worthwhile. Purely Passion is a small café that as a great focus on quality. Don’t go expecting a large range of things to buy but do go if you are looking for a high standard. I got a take away cappuccino last weekend. We had to wait a small amount of time before someone emerged from out the back but after that the service was friendly and fast. The coffee was creamy and came with a double shot. Nice! While I was waiting, I got the chance to browse the other bits and pieces for sale. They have a small range of speciality ingredients like spices, oil and mustard. There is also a few desserts including a lemon meringue that looked particularly tempting and beautifully presented.
