Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Michael McShane is the Director and founder of Stealth Recruitment.

Michael joined the recruitment industry in 2003 in WA and learnt the disciplines of recruitment with one of the major firms in the industry and soon became a Director of a boutique agency specializing in technical mining recruitment. Michael was asked to establish a new office in QLD and he successfully grew this into a highly profitable and reputable operation within 2 years.

Out of a desire to evolve his business to meet the needs and expectations of his loyal clients and candidates his new venture, Stealth Recruitment, was launched in June 2009. Stealth was born out of an unwavering confidence in Michael’s personal ability and his strongly held view that a severely depressed market (GFC) would quickly turn and could only head in one direction.

Michael has over 7 years experience as a Geologist covering senior roles in open pit Mine Geology, Resource and Exploration related roles in WA, NT and NSW covering gold,
