This food is quite authentic and the spices have a wonderful aroma and flavour at King’d Indian. I love the Pakora chickpea fritters and am a sucker for Aloo Palak, the spinach potato curry with naan bread, but without a doubt, I’m going back for the Lamb Nawaabi. This is the first time I’ve had the fruity dish, which involves marinating lamb in juice, herbs and saffron — a dish fit for a king. At around $ 17 for mains, this place is a bit more expensive than most Indian restaurants, but only by a dollar or so and some of the dishes are standouts, so not every week, but now and then.
