Belgrave Cartel has been established for nearly 4 years and recently underwent a significant facelift, which transformed it from a quirky little café to the café/​wine bar.

Belgrave Cartel is open 7 days and 5 nights serving our famous Jaffles (green eggs and ham — benno) in combination with our delicious brekky menu– Micks Mafia eggs and the brekky bruschetta’s are spectacular.

Lunch has become more of specialty which compliments the dinner menu. All menus are mainly Italian influenced or modern australian with a Cartel spin on them.

Our night time dining is all about the ambience, food, cocktails and music– then lights go down, candles are lit and music played at an enjoyable level.

History

Established in 2010.

Since Cartel’s opening this café come-​wine-​bar has become Manly’s favourite hangout. Inspired by the neighbourhood cafes and bars of Paris, Cartel is an intimate low-​lit space with a unique European style. Cartel’s feisty pesto laced breakfast and rich signature coffee blend are a staple for visitors. An ever-​changing lunch and dinner menu is on offer comprising of perfect pastas, beautiful tapas plates, and to-​die-​for desserts.
