The Flavours of Punjab owner is one of the happiest men I’ve ever met, with a grin from ear to ear, even when it’s really busy. I like this place because the outside dining area is really ambient; we’re in the burbs, but here, inside the thatched roof with mood lighting, we could be in the foothills of India, especially when transported by the fabulous tikka masala and aloo palak. The naan is quite masterful and so Itry to get back there at least a couple of times a year. Don’t be in too much of a hurry if you go on a busy night though.
