It is such a damn shame this place is tucked away on Magill Road. They have some massive signage, but it is not clear exactly what is sold here from the road. I was actually walking past going to the Post Office. I thought I would pop my head in to check it out. What did I see? Well, a glass cabinet full of Greek Baked goodies, treats and pastries. I am totally finding the best bakeries recently. I think that this is a really a «word of mouth» store. I was speaking to the lovely lady at the counter and I said that I have driven past a million times not really knowing what the store was. There was nothing that really drew me in apart from my own curiosity. Which is sad, because Greek baked goods are so yummy. Cookies galore, triangle pastries and pies. If you have not had the pleasure of trying some sort of Greek pastry, I can definitely recommend the spinach, feta and ricotta triangle. It is quite large for $ 5.50, so worth the price. The pastry is flakey(filo pastry) and really packed with spinach and cheese. It’s not a complicated flavour, but a comfortable flavour. Something you want to eat when you are craving comfort food. Please note, they do not serve this hot. I had to take it home and heat it up. But, that is fine for me. Good to stock your freezer up if you want a quick and easy lunch. If you live in this area, stop driving past and go try something from this store!
