It doesn’t look like much, but the queue extended out the door of this small Thai place on Lane Cove Road is the giveaway. It’s essentially a counter, a kitchen, about six stools around a small shelf bar. Most people get takeaway as a result of the limited seating. But what they take away is delicious. They have a fairly large menu of Thai stir-frys and other noodle dishes, reasonably priced between $ 10 and $ 15. But their pad siew is delicious, smokey and rich, with soft noodles and crunchy veg. Its flavours are always spot on. Small, but good, touch: they have green chilli sauce to add to your dishes as well as red chillis. It’s very fresh, lime-like, and spicy-delicious touch on the side.
