History

Established in 2003.

Online Camera Ed was Founded by Deb Beitz in 2003. Deb is the Managing Director of the company and is a professional photographer and qualified trainer and assessor who lives in Australia. Deb is an accredited member of the Australian Photography Assosciation and a member of the Australian Photographic Society. Our business and courses are fully accredited through the International Accreditation and Recognition Council (IARC). We have a long history in the digital photography, digital printing and education areas and are well respected in the photographic industry. Our graduates enjoy high rates of gaining employment in the area of photography after completing our courses.

Our total business focus is the delivery of online photography courses and we are genuinely interested in helping our students achieve great outcomes.

Business Owner

Deb has been working in the photography industry since 2003 and is a qualified professional photographer and trainer and assessor. Deb believed that by using the internet, photography could be taught to people regardless of their location and Online Camera Ed became a reality. Deb is also an accredited photographer with the Australian Photography Assosciation and is a member of the Australian Photographic Society. She also has formal qualifications in business but without a doubt her main loves are photography and teaching it and travel comes in pretty close also. Mind you the travel is nearly totally occupied by taking images.

Debs personal specialty is nature and landscape images. She genuinely has a training ethos that supports all students and the business has a great feel to it. Support is one of her great strengths and this is apparent to students she deals with and is a founding principle of the business.
