Staying at the hotel above this café and have had breakfast in and they do room service too. Their room service menu options are less than eating in the café.
Their position is great overlooking the river and the service was ok.
Staff are friendly was a little busy so coffee was slow to be served but good was quick.
Would recommend if your in the area.

On a recent trip to Launceston, my husband and I were on the hunt for brunch, stomachs growling! We ended up at Cube on the water which was a lovely location. It was cold outside but comfortable inside. We both ordered the same thing — Canadian breakfast w large, freshly squeezed OJ. The serving size was just right for us. The poached eggs were so tasty — did not need salt or pepper, bacon is always good, just the right amount of pancakes and a little jug of maple syrup each to drench those pancakes in! Yum! Safe to say we demolished this in no time and left happy and full :)
