History
Established in 1987.
The first vines were planted on the property during the 1880’s by Arthur J. Follett. The Follett family successfully combined dairy farming and grape growing over the ensuing years.
A new chapter began with the first Lake Breeze wine produced in 1987, when Ken and Marlene has the foresight to have a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon made. This led to other wines being added to the mix and the opening of the cellar door in 1991. The next generation have now assumed control with Greg the winemaker, Roger the sales manager and Tim the vineyard manager, all working together to make Lake Breeze Wines the huge success that it is today.
