Twin Cities FM is a community radio station broadcasting from the surrounds of ECU Joondalup. Twin Cities FM is focused on the northern suburbs, and their signal dies somewhere around Karrinyup.
There’s a host of shows on Twin Cities FM. Some of the segments are interesting — in particular, the shows with an emphasis on WA artists. Others are more pedestrian, like playing music from the 80s. For the most part, Twin Cities comes across as a poor man’s version of 94.5fm, intersped with the occasional interesting segment.
While it’s great that there are community radio stations around, especially for the northern suburbs, unfortunately for the most part there is no reason to listen to Twin Cities FM.
