My kids love looking at pets… yeah, yeah, yeah ok me too. But I hv allergies so I’m selective in touching them.
Pet City Joondalup relocated to this location. It’s bigger, brighter & much more cleaner than before. Circulations in store is very important as they keep many animals on the premises. They have a huge range of pets for sale. Mice, rabbits, birds, guinea pigs, snakes, fishes, cats & dogs. They also hv a huge range of pet food, housing, etc… If you need worming or any flea control medications, they have a few brands to choose from as well.
Staff are helpful. They know their products/​pets well.
Like I said previously, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the shop. The shop is bright, well circulated. Very inviting.
There’s ample parking in the front of the shop. Located close to Bunnings therefore, it’s easy to find. Please do pay them a visit if you ever need pet supplies or a puppy?!

My boyfriend bought me a kitten from here last week, and oh my gosh, other than it being the cutest darn thing in the world, the help we received was really good. Neither of us have ever been in charge of looking after anything let along a living animal, so we needed all the advice we could get. The lady helped with everything, got all the pet food we needed, she went through it step by step. She gave us a load of papers to read about looking after the kitten. She also told us about the vet that they has a partner ship with and if we use that vet we get 15% off which is great to know!
We also buy fish from here too and they do free ph tests if you bring in a water sample.
All round good service!
