Thingz Living

Thingz, the store you always see in a mall, has become a joke in my household. We always walk around expecting to find something different… something inexpensively amazing and yet, we rarely buy anything aside from cards or a gift bag.
I was really impressed walking into Thingz Living. There is a lot of thingzzzz. It seemed to be a real step up from the traditional ‘Thingz’. But, then I started flipping over price tags and I couldn’t believe my eyes. Particle board and glue for $ 400. They had thingz that looked like something else (like metal lockers), yet were made out of fake wood. You probably would be better off just finding the real thing on Gumtree.
My interest was perked over their Yankee Candle display… the holy grail of American candles. Then I saw the pricing… I seriously don’t need a candle that bad. I’d be curious to come back during a sale but would never buy anything full price.
