I have tried this place a couple of times now and been really disappointed. I arrived 10 mins early each timeout was kept waiting as the person prior to me had been late. I then was escorted down to what seemed like a back room that was, in my view, very nanky. I have facials once a month and have been doing so for 15+ years so I have an appreciation of day spas and the ambience they ought to have. The second time here I felt that I was inconveniencing staff. And I really dislike staff talking about clients in a public place. I don’t whether I will give them a third opportunity n
