Civic Clock Tower

I love the look of this clock tower. It was build in around 1910 as part of a picture theatre, then owned by one Thomas James Snooks. The picture theatre has gone, but thankfully council saw sense in keeping this part of the heritage building absolutely intact. Indeed, the clock hands even work, always telling me the right time. Now below it sits a Flight Centre, but I’ll be one to sign yes if ever a petition to get the building back to its movie-​day glory ever goes ’round.
