H&M

Love this store so much! Really good quality clothes for teens, young adult, gents, kids and babies. It loses a star for me because the baby boy section is not very big. When you are a mum on a budget, you want to be able to dress your family affordably and while H&M does that, more selection for boys is needed.
Overall a great shopping experience, very friendly staff and great prices.

Located in the renovated part of Indooroopilly shopping centre, H&M is a must visit store. Large, modern and stylish, there has always been someone at the door to greet me with a smile whenever I’ve been. The different offerings (men, women and kids) are very obvious and sections are set out well; it is easy to find what you are looking for and the space is utilised so that even though it may be busy, you don’t feel crowded. Everything is quite affordable and good quality with efficient fitting rooms. Size availability could be better with clothing ranging from XS — XXL. Staff are friendly enough and the line set up to the cash register is genius.

This is the first time that I have shopped at a H&M store, and as a guy who likes for clothes shopping to be as simple (and quickly over) as possible, I quite liked the store.
The different clothes sections (Women’s, Men’s and Children) are separate to one another in a very deliberate way, the change rooms are managed efficiently and there is a good variety of clothes without it being too overwhelming.
I found the staff to be reasonably nice, though the person at the door may not let you in if you are holding a drink.
The main issue that I had with the store was that XL sized stock was either non existent or hard to find, when going through the different sizes. I am not sure whether they stock less larger sizes, or whether it was simply a popular size for men.
I would definitely recommend giving H&M a visit at least once, and seeing whether it is your cup of tea.

So, Brisbane now has a H&M. Located in Westfield Indooroorpilly, it’s a bit of a hike to get to from the CBD. The store itself is quite bland, it’s like they’ve taken template from every single H&M store over the world and thrown it in this shopping centre, only with a slightly smaller range of clothing. If you’re wondering what H&M’s product line is like, think Topman/​Topshop/​Forever21 only a little less loud.
Staff are indifferent and looked quite bored for only the fourth day of being open.
Overally quite an underwhelming store that I can see quickly fading into irrellevance over time.
