My husband and I frequent Olé Fuego. There is not an item on the menu that we have ordered that we didnt like. The ribs melt in your mouth. The lamb belly has a unique flavour. The squid is light and tender. The sangria blanco is so refreshing you need to watch yourself. Service is speedy and friendly. Cant recommend it enough.

What an amazing restaurant, I had never tried Spanish before and was looking forward to the experience, when we got there was a bit unsure what to order. I left it up to my friends and they did all the ordering, usually when going here you either get tapas to share or meals, we got a bit of both we got some bread and also some chorizo and some spiced potato for entrée and then got the chicken paella and the lamb shoulder for mains to share. The tapas where a great start and the spiced potato was a favourite, all of the food was delicious the lamb shoulder just fell off the bone and was so tender and juicy, the paella was delicious and complemented the lamb shoulder so well. Will refinery be recommending his place to all of my friends and family for a great meal.
