Food was absolutely delicious. Ambience was quite nice, not too loud as to enjoy the company you’re with. Service was attentive, but not overbearing. I never wondered where the server was, or waited longer than I thought I should for any item. It was a very nice place to take a date!

We had just moved into the area this past summer and decided to stroll down KWR for dinner and came across Parisi. As we did not have a reservation, we couldn’t get a table in the courtyard which looked really lovely. I wasn’t disappointed with the atmosphere inside which had a trendy vibe to it. There is lots on the menu and also daily specials. All your Italian favourites are there, plus a few interesting flavour combinations. As we were going to have entrée, the waiter suggested that I order an entrée sized pasta for my mains and I was so glad heeded his words. The serving of the seafood pasta was more than adequate. My husband had the veal of the day and he polished off everything on his plate so that’s always a good sign. We shared the house made tiramisu and it was a little disappointing. We shouldn’t have been so greedy lol! Delicious food, great service(he took the time to learn our names and find out a little about us) and lovely atmosphere. Next time we’ll book in advance for a courtyard table.

I’ve had a pretty good run at parisis over the last few years. So much so that we even got take away pasta from them after finishing late at work on Thursday nights for a while there. I review on my own experiences and found the service to be «ok» but friends of ours have told us they won’t be back due to the rude waiting staff and long waits for meals to be brought out. Food I can’t fault and has always been fresh and tasty. The steak I had when we dined in was one of the best I have had. Perfectly cooked and the sides were perfect. Good wine list and nice ambiance. Have booked back in for a birthday mid December so fingers crossed we get them on a good day.

Parisi’s is one of Hyde Park’s main stay restaurants. It’s won a number of awards over the past years — so you can be assured that the quality of the food and dining here is top notch! They have two seating areas, inside and outside in the covered courtyard. The courtyard is by far nicer in the evening, complete with ambient lighting. Never fear, in Winter they have large gas heaters, so you won’t feel the cold. Parisi’s specialise in Italian style food, including gormet pizzas, delicious pasta and desserts. Definite standouts is the gnocchi and spinach dish and the flambé dessert pizza. A word of warning though — the serving sizes are massive! I could only get through about 1⁄3 of a pasta dish. Luckily the have the option of ‘doggy-bagging’ the remainder of your meal for later in their chinese takaway boxes. A definite must try for any pasta fanatic!

I live right behind Parisi’s, and I can’t say enough good things about it. The staff are friendly, and if you’re lucky you’ll run into Simone or Andy, the brother and sister team that run the restaurant. They’ve made an effort to get to know our names and greet us when we come in, which is always a nice touch. The restaurant features indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a small covered courtyard. Don’t worry too much about where you sit, though, because the food is deserving of your undivided attention. The menu is extensive, and you’ll be spoiled for choice with all the pizza, pasta, bread, and appetisers that your heart could desire. We usually end up getting a small pizza each and a few vegetable sides(the broccolini and house salad are favourites), which is more than enough to fill two people up. In fact, I’ve never had room for dessert! For my fellow vegetarians out there, the staff are happy to adjust most menu items to suit your dietary requirements– a definite bonus in my books! The only bad thing: in the evening, delicious scents from their kitchen invade my backyard until I’m completely craving an amazing pizza or pasta dish and need in omgrightnow.

This restaurant is the bombdiggity. So good, in fact that I after Sunday night’s dinner I can still barely put into words how amazing it is. Allow me to elaborate in dot point form: * Best Italian in Adelaide. Yeah, I said it. * Extensive menu from which you will have great difficulty choosing just which dish you want to try the most. * Great service. Prepare to sit in quiet awe as your waiter reels off the specials menu from memory, and then takes your table’s orders WITHOUTEVENWRITINGTHEMDOWN. Impressive, no? * Nice selection of booze(ultra important if you’re partaking in a dinner with the in-laws, like I was) . * Lovely romantic outdoor area, naaaaww. * Warm and welcoming atmosphere which is often hard to find in such swanky establishments. Now please excuse me as I slip back in to my food coma.

I really enjoy going to Parisi’s. It’s classy and modern, but you don’t feel like you have to be ridiculously dressed up to go there. Their pasta is amazing. With such a range of pasta available around Adelaide, there is much competition, but Parisi’s is one of the best! It’s delicious, wholesome and a bit gourmet. Their spaghetti marinara and gnocchi are definitely the standouts. I would recommend getting one of these. They offer entrée sizes as well, which are a good idea if you are not too hungry as serving sizes are quite large. I also love their desserts. I’m not a massive sweet tooth, but you must try one of them, even if you share. One of their special dishes is the dessert pizza. It is a combination of cherry ripe, strawberries, Grand Marnier and cream. Quite rich, but oh so delicious. The interior of the restaurant is really nice. Simple, clean, modern and quite classy. There is also an outdoor area, which is romantically decorated with vines and fairy lights. I have been to a few functions that have been located out here, it is definitely the perfect location for a birthday.

Good idea to learn how to pronounce some Italian before you dine here, otherwise the waitress will make fun of you. The bitch. Fantastic Italian food to be had here ladies and gents, you will need an extra $ 100 more than usual but you will not be disappointed with your meal, it’s beautiful. The venue is quite nice too although there are some strange bird feather displays on the walls in the larger function area which kind of remind me of disease. The service is great, even though the waitress took great pleasure in correcting my pronunciation every chance she could get, she had this great ability to list off the specials of the day without taking a breath, this impressed me and so I forgave her. You can usually get a park down any of the side streets coming off of King William, I don’t believe Parisi’s has its own car park. Beware of the kitchen staff checking you out, young ladies, quite obviously at that.

King William Road is filled with tasteful finds, and Parisi’s is no exception. With both an indoor and outdoor setting, expect to find a glib atmosphere and some nice flavour when it comes to food. Inside is a pleasant setting with simple and chic décor creating a suave interior. Presentation is always of a reasonably high standard, and the weight staff are substantial with the ability of having the menu memorized. Outdoors is slightly more magical, especially once dark. There are vines and fairy lights covering a fairly small courtyard thus producing a cosy environment in the winter, and then an intimate tryst in the summer. Although an Italian restaurant with strong pasta selections, Parisi’s also caters rather idyllically for simple coffees, cakes or gelato. Day, night, rain or shine.

I love this restaurant! I love the food, the atmosphere, the décor; its wonderful when people get it just right. Italian isn’t even my favourite food so it has to be good for me to be impressed. It is run from good Italian heritage: Andy Parisi started La Trattoria in King William Road, many years ago and I believe that it is his daughters that now run Parisi’s. Anyway, the food is delicious and traditionally Italian and the serves are generous without being too much. The Gnocci is particularly good here. The restaurant itself is beautiful, elegant and glamorous in an understated way. The bar is a central focus with its mood lighting and rich colours. Gold muted tones give a relaxed elegance and a wonderful ambience. Parisi’s is often busy but not too noisy. The service is great and waiting staff are attentive. The courtyard is also a lovely area to dine in the summer months with vine leaves trailing above. This is also a good spot for lunch, coffee or just a quick catch up with friends.
