The staff here are not at all patient and a smile is a rarity. The coffee is ok but their cakes and savouries are over priced for what you get. There are plenty of better cafes in Westfield to go to.

Great coffee today made with passion. The shop wasn’t very busy that’s ok as gives the staff to take time doing things right for the customer

Don’t Tip at Pattersons my friend used to work there and the managers keep the tips from the day. They don’t pass it on to the staff. Tried ordering 2 Quiches from there for a gathering. Was told it would come to $ 76 for 2 medium Quiches, ridiculous!

Oh boy. Pattison’s Patisserie is a deadly place to visit. The delicious smell alone is enough to get me drooling and fumbling for my wallet in a desperate attempt to quickly quell my sugar fix. The café even manages to make the most of Westfield’s dark lower level — with oversized light fixtures and dark wood grain lending it a lounge feel. A nice place to hole up on a rainy winter’s day. But I try to limit myself to flying visits. Mostly when I have a dessert to pick up — then I further limit myself to the smallest cake possible(no delicious left overs!). The lemon lime tart is too good for words, as is the gluten free chocolate mousse cake. The fruit flans are just delectable, and come in handy single servings. The rule of thumb here is: everything is good. Just be warned and for goddsake, don’t go try and go there hungry!
