This one’s probably my pick of the craft markets around town, and maybe that’s because it’s only on quarterly so I long for it or maybe it’s because it’s full of some of the best makers and designers in the state. I’m obsessed with Nanna Woo Handmade’s beautiful jewellery and platters(Hanna hails from beautiful Bicheno) and this is the only market she’s sure to be at in Tasmania, so if I want to touch everything, the market is where I head. It’s also a great place to discover new stalls – I near lost my mind over a brooch from Nyssa at Thimble at the most recent market and it is my new favourite thing. the market. also regularly have caffeine support from Bentwood Coffee’s van parked outside, and I helped myself to a breakfast bowl from Sip & Spoon at the December market, too. I then took my goodies over the road to St David’s Park and enjoyed them in the beautiful sunshine, so my Sunday started out better than most.
