Specialties
We are a Bar and Bottleshop specialising in craft beers, artisan ciders and rare wines. We love our food and strive to provide ethical, sustainable and awesome value meals.
History
Established in 2013.
We began life as a market and festival food business before getting a permanent home here at 134 Elizabeth Street, Hobart.
We’ve recently installed a public bar on the ground floor (a 5 meter long Tasmanian Oak hunk of sexiness).
Meet the Business Owner
Stuart A.
Business Owner
Stuart returned to his home state of Tasmania after 20 years living an working on the «North Island» as a Sommelier and Wine Distributor. Opening a food stall at Mona Market in early 2012 things quickly escalated, with the need for a permanent home somewhere in the inner city for his booming festival business.
Now — the business has transformed into a small inner city bar and bottleshop with simple great value meals and bar snacks.
