First time here and it spelt out authentic, fresh and healthy whilst delish! The salads were amazing the homemade chilled drinks. This place really upholds their integrity in everything they do. Love this place

It’s a little embarrassing how much I love everything under the Ethos umbrella, but gosh darnit if they don’t keep hitting the nail on the head… I had a lot of feelings about the Schwartz relocating and I was nervous to see how things would go, because I loved those sandwiches and it was a hip little place. The Providore has lost the vibe of the Schwartz, replacing it with a more grown-up and put-together vibe. It’s a fancy place full of fancy things, and if you have Providore items in your pantry at home then you also get to be fancy by transference. I haven’t yet gotten in for a weekend brunch feast, but my highlight in here is the salad bar. Similar to Vita’s froyo next door, you serve yourself up how much you want and then you pay for it per 100g. The salads are never those boring leafy items either – as is the Ethos way, these are full of interesting ingredients and flavour combinations. Don’t get hooked on any one in particular because the salad options get cycled through every few weeks, if that long. My personal beef with the move across the road is that the sandwich bread’s changed and I feel like I’m getting even less bang for my buck now. The sandwiches have never been cheap but the ratio of delicious bread to even more delicious filling used to be perfection and now feels out of kilter. But it’s ok, because SALADS.
