I have had a love hate relationship with this nando’s.
I find for small meals you will be happy and they usually do a good job.
For larger meals for instance when my family decide to get a chicken and chips for takeaway we have had burnt nandos, lukewarm nandos — I guess your usual plethora of ‘I guess this is the last time we get nando’s :(‘ comments.
Service is polite and prompt. I do love nando’s and with the loyalty program you can add as an app onto your phone you do get some ‘peri-​perks’ which are worth signing upto if you like freebie surprises like me.
Important note: If you join peri-​perks you get a free classic meal on your birthday which is a bit nice.
