It’s winter and cold and if you feel a lil snobby and stylish (which you are allowed to)…then this place is a cut above the rest on Burgandy Street. Beautiful coffee and hot chocolate and even delicious chocolates! The owners are so nice too… shame it does not have enough tables inside then again… we don’t want it crowded do we!

The new kid on the Burgundy street block just down from Heidelberg station is the very tiny Coco Maya. It lures you with promises of chocolate treats, and it certainly delivers.
Choose from chocolate bars or individual treats, or my personal idea of heaven, a beautiful high heel shoe made ENTIRELY FROM CHOCOLATE, nope-​not kidding (if you know me you know I don’t joke about chocolate.)
Coco Maya also serve coffee, tea and hot chocolate. My two cents? Get your drink and chocolates to go as in such a small space its hard to carry on a conversation without sharing your life with both the staff and random customers. However this is a great new place to pick up your next chocolate treat, gift or pair of shoes!
