In terms of price and stock for road bikes, compares fairly well to other places we’ve looked. In terms of customer service? Stunned mullets. We were in the shop for a good 15mins and not one of the three staff offered assistance or even acknowledged our existence, despite the store being fairly quiet. When we approached the bored looking staff member at the front counter, he proceeded to walk us to the bike we were interested in, then stand there silently staring off into the distance as we tried to figure out the bike’s pros and cons ourselves. Have received much better customer service, help and information elsewhere. I would advise Lawrencia bikes to look into up-​skilling their staff or re-​hiring. We’ll pay the few hundred more to buy a bike from a store that actually provides us with a good customer experience.

Although I have never brought a bike from here, I am always conveniently in the area when I need some bike accessories and can’t be bothered waiting for delivery from
. If I had to wait the 2 weeks or however long it takes to get stuff delivered online I would still have a flat tyre.
The staff are very helpful and will always point you in the right direction or give you some advice. There is a large range of quality bikes and accessories here that would suite any level or style of riding.
