In the past few years, Specsavers has always been my choice when purchasing contact lenses and using up my medibank rebate for glasses.
I have never actually had a proper check up though so thought it was time to make sure my eyes are healthy.
It was super easy and quick booking an appointment, you can do it online but I wanted one asap so called up and got a booking for the same morning.
On arrival I was quickly served and my eyes were tested with crazy machines by an optical dispenser and then the optom saw me for a comprehensive test.
Turns out my eyes have been deteriorated and new glasses and contacts are much needed. Quotes were given and trial contact lenses have been ordered and I will be contacted when they are ready to be picked up.
Overall, the service is good, I don’t remember her name but one of the customer service officers really stood out and was very helpful and friendly.
