All Relationship Matters is relationship counselling team made up of psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors and social workers. Our mission is to offer you the highest quality counselling services to help you when your relationships are in trouble or are breaking down.
Our services include couples counselling, one-to-one/individual counselling, family counselling and group counselling.
Our team is headed by the director and founder of All Relationship Matters, Kim Bailey, who is also a lead counsellor and psychotherapist.
At All Relationships Matter our counsellors, psychotherapists, family therapists and psychologists are dedicated to helping you create healthy, close and meaningful relationships with your spouse, partner, family, children, friends, work colleagues, your community, and especially with yourself.

In addition to in-depth training in counselling for individuals, Kim is also trained as a specialist couples therapist and has additional post-graduate qualifications in Family Therapy. Comprehensive training in these different counselling frameworks sets Kim apart from other counsellors and psychotherapists.
She is able to get to the heart of complex dynamics and to quickly identify the core issues beneath struggles or difficulties for individual clients, between partners, or within a family. She addresses client needs and issues collaboratively, as thoroughly as the client wishes, and at a pace that is comfortable, Clients can be assured they will be cared for, in a complete way. Kim believes therapy and healing is a two person process and is respectful of how far and deeply a client wishes to travel in therapy at any one time.
