Bun ‘N’ Oven is a little bakery in the complex of shops in Geebung. They bake their bread fresh on the premises every day. Open from 6am every weekday and Saturday, they do all types of bread loaves as well as biscuits, sweets like lamingtons and caramel tarts, pies and sausage rolls and filo triangles. The filo triangles are my favourite, and come in delicious flavours like Lamb & Rosemary and Beef & Red Wine. The caramel tarts are definitely worth a try too. My husband loves the high fibre white loaf, but unfortunately they only sell this type of loaf on weekdays and not on Saturday. The loaves of bread at the front of the store are all thin sliced, if you prefer thick sliced loaves they are behind the counter and you have to ask for them specifically.
