The berry bliss had too much water in it. Could not enjoy the taste of the berry fruit

After visiting Dome previously I was very disappointed with both the food and service here. My burger was over cooked and chips cold.

Good access to WiFi to do work here, though you’ll gonna have to log in every hour. Drinks wise their chai latte’s really horrible, it tasted like sugar and water. No taste of chai at all :(

For a place that boasts that they have«World’s Finest Coffee» I would expect more. I actually cautioned the people I was with that if someone says that, generally it’s not going to be that great. When we stopped in for a coffee, you know, the world’s finest one, we ended up sitting outside. The view of the street is amazing and we ended up enjoying a lovely show of old fashioned cars out cruising around the streets of Fremantle. The coffee however, was far from the finest coffee, I reckon it was pretty average. We also ordered a cookie to keep the children entertained and when we received the shortbread cookie that was suppose to have smarties on it, ALL of the smarties were missing. No JOKE! We had to take it back and get another one because of it. Any place that just delivers an item without looking at it and taking it back if it doesn’t look right gets a bad note in the book from me. This place also has children’s drinks! My little ones both ordered a wonderful drink that came topped with a chocolate Freddo and they definitely enjoyed the fact that their drinks looked like the iced coffee that one of us ordered. They really thought they were drinking adult drinks! The staff don’t seem to overjoyed to work there either. I saw quite a bit of frowns and seemingly bad attitudes at this place. The location is great, although I do wish we would have gone just a street down to the little coffee shop that didn’t boast much and was quite more busy than this place! Lesson Learned!

Dome is dome. Not anything special but they have a wide selection and most things are pretty good I like the banana burst and the avocado chicken sandwich they make a great chutney. Too bad most of the food is $ 15+ and just frozen packet food.

Dirty, staff even look un-clean with one waiters shirt covered in sweat. Hair in the food, dirty cups and disgusting floors(See Pic). We go to Dome as we know what to expect and it isn’t this! Will not be back(to this store anyway).

It’s Dome, you know what your going to get before you sit down. I know lots of people frown upon Dome, however in my books there’s plenty to be said about a guaranteed good experience rather than risking a crappy one else where. Once again a big thumbs up from me. Plus my vegi breakfast was awesome

In a town full of great cafes, I wish I didn’t come here as often as I do. The thing about Dome that keeps me coming back is that my laptop needs to be plugged in, and I know this Dome has multiple power points scattered around the floor. I’ve often heard people complain about the quality of the coffee here, but in my experience it has been fairly consistently above average. Rarely have I had to suffer through the agony of a burnt or bitter latte. The staff here are fairly friendly, the food is the predictable, easy-to-prepare fare you can find in any Dome location and the café itself is always clean and well kept. Importantly though, they have power points and inexpensive wifi!
