This small park packs a punch. Located right behind Bathers Beach and next to Bathers Beach House, this tiny park is full of history. There are displays on the first arriving ships in the early 1900s, on the whaling activities and on the archeology undertaken to uncover the history and mysteries. But, it’s also a good spot to watch the bustling scene below, do some exploring of the Round House on top of the limestone hill or the whalers tunnel below, and to catch a great sunset! It is very well worth it to spend some time here.
