Been here multiple times. Get the signature blow-​dry. Dead straight, voluminous, or gentle curls –Blow Dry Bar has you covered. I loved the idea of just a quick, cheap blow dry. They wash your hair including a head massage and blow dry it into supermodel locks. I haven’t got a haircut or hair dye here but when I do I’ll do a update.
Unfortunately the price has gone up from $ 40 to $ 50 making this weekly splurge of mine only a special occasion one.
They do all the regular services of a regular salon. Including hair extensions that my friends get that look good for a affordable price. Oh and friendly staff, who go out of their way to make your day!
Tip: Grab Grill’d after –across from the salon.

Walk in with hair resembling the Paddle Pop Lion, walk out with a respectably human-​looking do. When it comes to events and small acts of kindness to treat yo self, I find $ 40 a small price to pay. Despite offering the same services at the same price as their CBD counterpart, the Emporium salon feels just a little more luxe.
I arrived 10mins before my appointment and completed the standard new client card. There was some minor sales pitching happening at the basin but it’s minimal and not too distracting from enjoying having your hair did. Within an hour I was out the door with TV commercial hair.
Do book online if you can — I’ve often gotten last minute appointments up to 24-​hours in advance.

Worst hair dressing experience ever. Giving it 1 star is being too generous!
The staff were extremely unhelpful and rude. I came in wanting advice and the lady was uninterested and told me she cant hep me if i dont know what i want. She curled my hair and tied half up then charged me for an up do. When asked to brush out my curls she used her fingers instead of a proper brush.
It was my sisters engagement party i was going to and it was very important my hair looked nice and i left there crying. I ended up paying $ 80 to rush back home, wash it and try something myself.
I will never go back nor recommend them.
