Great service and large range of hats. Owner went out of his way to find the perfect style and fit for me. Unfortunately for me, that hat was out of stock. however when I mentioned my current cap was tight the owner was able to reshape my cap using a steamer. I was so happy ! Thanks Alec, will be recommending your shop to all my friends.

I attended this store looking to purchase a hat. The owner, a hipster was chatting to some hipster friend. No acknowledgement was made of me and no attention was paid to me at all. I waited patiently for several minutes then turned on my heels and left. Would not go back there again. I think it’s marvelous that Melbourne retailers are doing so well that they don’t need the patronage. Huzzah to the shop keeper! It is stores like this that make the online shopping experience so wonderful!
