Cimarosti Bros

Super nice people here! I came in to pick my ham that had been ordered through work, but when I got there I found that they had run out. I spoke to one of the staff (possibly the owner) who said he had a few f the small hams available but didn’t want to short change me. When I saw the 3 kilo leg he called ‘small’, I was more than happy to just take that home and said as much.
He thought for a second and then asked me if I liked fritz. I said yes (because, honestly, who doesn’t love fritz?) so he said, ‘Alright, I’ll make up the difference for you.’ and gave me 500g of free fritz sausage. Absolutely wonderful customer service and I know the butcher I’ll be coming to next!
PS, fritz tastes lovely, I’ll let you know how we got with the ham.
Update: ham was fantastic. It did two Christmas lunches plus leftovers for a week!

Brilliant local butcher, although there are many great butchers in this area, Cimarosti Bros Colonel Light Meat & Smallgoods is one of my favourites when buying for my meat eating friends.
Cimarosti Bros smoke their own smallgoods and make their own sausages. Nothing is too much trouble for the team of friendly butchers, so what every joint of meat you need just ask and someone will prepare it for you no worries.
They also stock local fish, squid and gluten free sausages in the fridge and freezer. Plus a range of local produce such as eggs, olive oil and honey.
