Everyone should find and appoint their own neighbourhood butcher. I’ve found mine and St James Quality Cut doesn’t get any friendlier than this.
Bob is everyone’s darling and serves up the best cuts in town. Get your roast, steak or ham supply from here and he usually gives you a good price if he knows you well.
Apart from meat and poultry, Bob also sells Coorong Mullet Fillets here and on other days, you will find some barrumundi.
Highly recommend. Good meat and excellent service.
