A Hendricks Pop Up bar not sure how long these guys will be around, but certainly the best use of 316 Victoria Street since Wicked Weasel closed. Decked out as a Victorian tea room, serving G&Ts in a china cup Hendricks have a pop up bar here. I wouldn’t normally bother mentioning an advertising stunt, but fellow Unilocalers it is sunny in Sydney and you deserve a free G&T you’ll only get the one but hey that’s better then none right? The room was a little disconcerting with lots of cucumbers being waved around apart from that what’s not to like? They were even conducting some sort of etiquette lessons but being as they didn’t refresh my teacup I left.
