With over 14 years of culinary experience, Iñigo Castillo’s repertoire includes a wide range of cuisines having worked in fine-dining restaurants, hotels, bistros, and catering. Iñigo has stellar achievements to boast of and has been featured in Australian and Philippine television, newspapers, and magazines.
Iñigo’s training in fine-dining restaurants allowed him to hone his skills and taught him to respect each ingredient from preparation to cooking and plating. It is this mode of thinking, coupled with his ability to execute and his strong attention to detail that result in a final dish that is nothing short of creative.
Through formal teaching as well as hands-on apprentice training, Iñigo’s positive influence is evident in the number of chefs now running their own kitchens. It is this desire to impart his knowledge to other chefs that Iñigo enjoys working with food in a creative and professional environment.
