Tim, the manager here is a good reason to use this chain store car mechanic. I drove in off the street and he took my car in straight away. Though he suspected what he problem was he called me before he did anything to confirm the price which in the end was more than he or I had bargained for. That’s the down side of using a chain is that store managers like Tim can’t give you a reduced rate they have to stick to the brand’s set price. He also text me to keep me updated through the day as to when my car would be ready. The service was good, friendly and efficient so I would go back there.
