House Of Riches

I had the good fortune of finding the House of Riches when I was doing a Google search for Victorian Crosses. The early Victorian Citrine Cross they had on their website caught my attention instantly and I knew it had to be mine. I felt a little apprehensive not being able to see the piece in person first but that didn’t stop me from sending them an inquiry! (This was the first time I had ever considered buying anything online from a foreign country). I sent them a note about the pendant and held my breath. It’s hard to see the dimensions on their site when it’s in a showroom so I asked them if it would be possible to send me a picture of someone wearing the piece so I could get a good idea of what it would look like on. A few hours later, I received an email from Caroline Jones with pictures of my exact request! it was breathtaking and from that moment on she assisted me every step of the way, answering all my inquiries and gaining my confidence. And I could not be happier with my purchase– she was just amazing! Being that I live in NY and the shop is across the globe the transaction went so smoothly attributed to the firms professionalism. Caroline had shipped my purchase Monday and I had it in my hand Thursday — super fast shipping, wonderful items, impressive packaging, quality staff full of honesty and integrity. My cross came wrapped in gold packaging with a maroon bow… the best present to myself! I opened it and inside was a wonderful black box with HR embossed on the cover. I opened the box and inside was another box, black, with what appeared to almost be a wooden texture with HR embossed on the cover. And inside, on the white silk-​like interior padding, rested the beautiful Citrine Cross. I felt like royalty opening this jewel (I guess this is why they call themselves the House of Riches???) It was such a lovely experience from the beginning to the very end. This firm truly goes above and beyond for their customers. Thank you for everything House of Riches! Highly recommended.
