Indian Ash Garments & Fabrics

When C and I first went here I want to persuade C. to wear a kameez over her jeans as a light summer top. The clothes, although very attractive, are not expensive and besides Indian Ash was having a sale. I ended up buying C. two sets of shalwar kameez, they came in matching sets of top and trousers.
They have men’s and women’s clothes and I also bought myself two kurta sets. I bought myself a fancy Bollywood one for parties and a plain one. They look great and feel so comfortable in the very hot weather. I’ve worn mine a bit more than C. has hers.
I went back because I wanted to get myself another rather ordinary suit in anticipation of the summer. I tried to find a single colour medium size but most of them were large or extra large. «There can’t be that many extra large Indians in Melbourne» I commented to the diminutive shop assistant. She told me that they are mostly bought by over weight men who want something comfortable to wear in warm weather. Finally we found a medium one for me.
