My first experience at the Cleveland Shingle Inn was disappointing. The tea was good but the place was extraordinarily hot. I was there for a business meeting and could barely concentrate on the discussion as were were seated in a charmingly appointed booth at the back of the store, where there wasn’t a bit of fresh air, let alone air conditioning. I hope it’s improved. To be fair, I will have to go back and try some food, but it didn’t look remarkable in the counter.
