This place is a hidden gem on Beach road, you can get a small plate of food for $ 7.20, well it is a rather generous serving. It is all Vegan so the owner assured me, had Vegan child in tow(school holidays). Really nice selection, although not large, it is sufficient. Very filling, especially the veggie patty, really yummy, as are the curry puffs. The atmosphere here is homey and relaxed, there is a reasonable selection of grocery items, mainly different teas. Overall great value for money and quite filling, even for this carnivore mummy. It is a cash only eatery. They also do takeaway if you want.

Pretty chill little establishment. I’m on a mission to try all the vegetarian restaurants around Adelaide and I was able to stop in here a few days ago. I ordered a small plate for I think $ 5.50 which entitled me to either steamed rice, brown fried rice or hokkien noodles and 3 different additions that were in a heated buffet thing. There wasn’t a huge selection, but I chose the brown rice, with an addition of curried potatoes with veggies, sweet and sour potatoes with veggies and steamed veggies. It was decent. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing. Good value for money and it filled me up. It’s in a quiet carpark by the beach and it was a nice sunny day in July. So my wife and I generally liked our experience there. the grocery store section has a selection of teas and teapots. The grocery store section is a wall of shelves really, with some random vegetarian items that I might like to grab on a return visit. Check it out, nice people, nice cheap food, chill atmosphere, interesting selection of random items…
