Black Kettle Cafe

Had searched around Christies Beach for somewhere to have a reasonably priced breakfast and came across this little place. It was basic in a lot of aspects but they had some antique style decorations up and were obviously trying. The Black Kettle Café very much has the feel of a family and even country style affair. The interior dining area has about 7 tables with another 3 outside.
Service was with a smile although the staff members here could have worked on their presentation a bit more. A lot of the other patrons were either elderly or ‘alternative’ at this time of the day and their drab appearance didn’t bother them at all.
Overall though the meal portions presented were generous, the pricing very reasonable and the overall experience satisfying enough.
