Every year we adapt and improve our range of menus based on the best produce the market can offer; 2013 will be no different. James McSkimming, our executive chef, has produced our seasonal menus to reflect a fusion of influences. James’s philosophy is simple «let the produce be the feature, not the sauces or the garnishes.»
