Ramen was needed after a cold and rainy day yesterday! We decided to trial this place after many google searches. Arrived around 7pm and there were a few people outside waiting. we all got seated within 2 mins. We ordered the Gara Shoyu(chicken in the soy sauce based broth) $ 13.50 and my partner got the Shio tonkotsu(Pork with the salt based broth) $ 14.50 and we got a side dish of the Okinomi stick $ 5.90. All dishes came out in around 5 minutes so not so long to wait. Ramen was good and the musashi was pretty good! Overall, great first time visit. Staff attentive and friendly.

The restaurant is on the Willoughby side of Chatswood on Victoria Avenue, away from Chatswood Chase and Westfield. I never knew there were restaurants that way! A cute, novel idea for a ramen joint — 6 types to choose from plus specials and loads of sides, and a self service stand with all sorts of condiments with signs recommending what ramen they go best with. The broth was soo rich, thick and creamy and absolutely delicious! As for noodles, I prefer Ippudo’s and the pork was quite fatty. It was so filling I only got through half of mine over dinner and couldn’t eat the next morning! Lots of families come here for a casual night out.

The best ramen so far. It’s handmade ramen noodles. The soup taste is soooo good. Can’t find it somewhere else. Must try soy based pork and chicken soup with wavy noodles. Leaf mustard pickles is good. This is free. Gyoza is good as well
