As a lover of all things sparkly and OTT, I should adore Mimco.
And, don’t get me wrong, their aesthetic really appeals to me. But, their prices are simply way too high.
Considering that all their jewellery is costume, and you can pick up the equivalent or better at stores like Lovisa and Collette, Mimco just looks overspriced.
The store also stocks a range of bags– again, beautiful but expensive.
The staff are generally helpful but I have found them to be pushy on occasion which is an instant turn-off for me in any retail setting.
