If you are just after something quick before a movie and you’re not overly fussed on quality — Hogs Breath is the place to go. The customer service here is some of the best — even if it is a bit rehearsed. Despite the«Have you been to Hogsbreath before» and«Have you heard about our slow cooked prime rib steak» lines you always as asked upon sitting down, the staff are overrall very attentive and friendly. There is a great atmosphere here and the food is cheap and delicious. I would strongly recommend the Chicken Burger or of course the Prime Rib.

Mediocre at best. I strive to never go back. I ordered an iced tea, which comes from a bottle(lame), and the lemon garnish was sliced with a microtome. It was literally so thin I could not even squeeze it. After I placed it in my glass with ice and poured the iced tea, I noticed a funky smell. The lemon was off. Yuck, and slimy. My boyfriends’ was the same. We both ordered the chicken Caesar lunch wrap with avocado. Every bite I took was different; too much dressing one bite, Parmesan overload the next bite, chicken gristle the next. I ate half. We stood at the cashier desk for 5 minutes waiting for someone to pay. We were second guessing whether we wanted to pay. The food was lame, and the service non-existent. You can do better.

Great food and generally excellent service. My favourites are the ribs and the boss hog burger, add extra bacon!

Hogs Breath Café reminds me of the all American restaurant experience. Even though it clearly an American restaurant it has all the characteristics even having an old Cadillac as the entrance reception area. The menu also follows this theme with a huge range of specialty steaks slow cooked for 18 hours, racks of ribs, and burgers or wraps. The food is good but if you go take your apatite with you because the portions are big also reminiscent of American sized meals. A personal favorite o mine are their burger range which you can customize pretty much however you like. They are also very reasonably priced. I am also a fan of their mixed grill range which includes ribs and chicken or seafood and steak and so on. They do a great deal on weekdays from about 12 to 5 pm where a selection of their favorites are only 9 dollars and if you feel like something fresh try the steak salad or chicken wrap on this menu. What I like about Hogs Breath is that you know you are going to get a good meal and they don’t try and be fancy about anything so it’s a casual relaxed experience.
