Wow! This really is a fantastic idea, and judging by how busy they always are, everyone else agrees!
Whether you’re a kid or just a kid at heart, Bounce will have you laughing and doing fun exercise in no time. There are several sections which cater for different types of trampoline activities. The pit gives you ample space to bounce your way to the end and practise flips onto giant, air-​filled cushions.
For spectators they have a café for coffee and snack treats. They also do birthday parties and other events (team building, anyone?!), and host a range of school holiday programs.
Bounce is a fantastic way to spend an hour or two having a lot of fun. And they’re air conditioned in summer to keep you cool!
Make sure you book ahead of time to avoid disappointment on weekends.

Review regarding young (ish) adults…
I planned a fun date night with my boyfriend at bounce.
It’s a great place for kids and parties, but as an adult I felt like I was going to crush a little kid. I thought picking a later time on a Sunday night would be quiet but I was wrong. We ended up leaving after 20 – 25 minutes because there were too many kids.
I think it would be nice if bounce had an 18+ hour or something.
The fit classes look fun and definitely would want to try that!
I plan on going back with a larger group of friends and off peak hour. It’s probably the best… And safest choice!

This place is legendary! If you have dreamt of a park full of trampolines when you were a child, Bounce will fulfill your dream.
I was here with my Tough Mudder Training team members a week ago and we had so much fun in one hour. Bring out your inner child and you will have lots of fun jumping on these trampolines. Perhaps busting out a few stunts too. Not only are there wall to wall trampolines, you can also attempt to slam dunk and if you are with a group, challenge each other to dodgeball. It was so much fun although I warn you that it can get sweaty. Yep, bouncing on trampolines is indeed a great workout!
Bookings at Bounce are essential as popular sessions can get quite full easily. Bounce is definitely the place for the young and the young at heart.

This place is epic! EPIIIIC! Wall to wall trampolines, a dodge ball section, slam dunk, wall running and pit jumping. You can bounce till you can bounce no more here!
I came here as part of a work social club event and they look after group bookings really well. The first hour was a hosted bounce, so we had parts of the activity areas to ourselves. This was definitely worth it as the place was packed with kids. Then it was free for all! But a controlled free for all which meant everyone has a chance to try out different parts of the centre in their booked session.
And the best part of going as a group is that the adults get to bounce around like kids under the guise of being there for the kids.
Let your inner child loose and try everything here. It’s adrenaline pumping fun!

The BounceFit classes are fun too.
Weekends are super busy and get booked out, so booking online is the only way to go, or come during the week while everyone is at school.

Definitely a lot of fun if you enjoy jumping around on trampolines with your mates. Just try and not to get hit in the face within the first 10 minutes of dodgeball like me. And don’t feel too sad if you try and do a cool flip and land really awkwardly on your head or ass, it happens to everyone. As long as you can forget about all the serious looking mums and dads sitting at the top of the stairs looking on to make sure their son/​daughter isn’t hurting themselves or getting bullied then you can allow yourself to have a whole heap of fun.
Bonus tip: There’s a blonde goddess that works at the counter. Best not to stare, you will endup standing in a huge line with your silly jaw on the floor whilst everyone else laughs at you. And don’t get hit in the face in dodgeball.
