Bion

Me and my partner have been to Bion a couple of times and the service was always great and the food was good… but not today. We waited 40mins for breakfast and once it came the French toast came without maple syrup (no warning prior), my eggs were bland and the mushrooms were sweet and tasted of cinnamon.

Rudest waiter I’ve ever encountered.
Music too loud for a morning.
Walked out after complete lack of service and disinterest from staff.
So many cafés in the area, so our choice to leave and find another where our presence and trade were welcomed was easy.
I’d give a no star rating if this app would allow me, unfortunately I have to give it a one star rating as it’s the lowest that’s possible here.

Best coffee in the area by far. Stunning food — ham hock is a winner. Service is always prompt and friendly. This place does not disappoint!

Came here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Staff are super lovely and friendly, food absolutely delicious, ambiance is tops.
Def be back to try out the rest of the menu.
For coffer fans, they have single origin beans which I understand (I’m not a coffee snob) is a good thing.
Freshly squeezed juices were so refreshing.
They take card/​EFTPOS too which is always an added bonus.

Lovely food and lovely service. Came here for a breakfast today and they service are really friendly and, despite having a full house, still found the time for water and taking our orders. Also gave us the time for service so we could order something to tide us over (even heated the muffin up). I ended up having a brioche egg and bacon roll which was delicious. Served with a side of granola and pomegranate was surprising but really quite good. Also ordered was persian eggs which is four eggs baked with loads of spices. A little too much for us (over-​done on cumin) and could only finish half. Will be back to try the other options.

Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff. Good food. Clean restrooms. :)
